Hi, I've faced this problem too. I can recommend one photostock that has great horror movie images, extremely atmospheric and suitable for cover art and previews. Often found what I was looking for for my projects there. There are tons of options there for horror movies, ranging from dark scenes to awesome images of horrible creatures.
